Two 12 month placement opportunities within the Student Experience team available (ref:0214/18/ 215-18)
The Student Experience Team is here to ensure students are getting the best possible experience whilst studying with us at the University Derby. We communicate important messages to students and strive to give them a bigger voice within the University. We’re also responsible for collecting student feedback through surveys and other sources to inform University strategy. We create and maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to make sure students stay at the heart of the University’s aims.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) who can work on their own initiative. You’ll have the chance to get involved in a variety of projects and events across the University, and this will give you the opportunity to develop yourself in a number of areas including supporting projects and events, research and data analysis, and digital communications (e.g. social media, internal and external website editing). As a current student your experiences and knowledge of the University will be valuable.
More information about the Student Experience Placement opportunities and how to apply can be found here.
Any informal questions about the roles can be sent to Cheryl Stephens, Senior Student Experience Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org
